My name is Mike Rudin - I am a current subscriber to the Anthem Medical plan through your company's support and guidance. I'd love a
minute of your time to tell you why you have an incredible employee working on your team.
When I said earlier that I found my plan through your company's support and guidance, I could just as easily have crossed "company"
out, as I'm referring to one person, a single individual who has been so thorough she appears to be an entire self-contained company. She is
the only representative I have dealt with and that is due to one factor and a host of traits. The factor: I've never needed anyone else
because she is fantastic at what she does, truly full-service. The traits: thorough, detail-oriented, punctual, sensitive to personal needs and, above all, patient as a saint.
You probably know all these things. If not, consider this a friendly reminder from a very pleased customer. I honestly had NO idea what I
was getting into when I began the search for my own health insurance. I abandoned a great job and career for a new life of self-employment
and health insurance was one of those things I totally overlooked. Brandy did all the looking for me. For me, Glen. Not on my behalf, but
for ME, Mike, for my particular needs and particular situation and particular budget. And she knocked it out of the park.
Even after helping me through the application process (and a subsequent move), Brandy stayed in my corner, fighting Anthem for
wrongly elevating my pricing structure for a medication I was no longer taking. Six months later, she recently wrote me to confirm my
rate has been reduced $40 a month. Living in Los Angeles, that's quitea boon to my parking ticket fund, and I now have hope that the old
Accord won't be booted the next time I park it on a major thoroughfare.
I don't know if you get emails like these often. I certainly don't write them. Never have, in fact. But Brandy's great work and cheerful
demeanor had, in my mind, gone on too long without any kind of praise on my part.

I rarely write letters to customer service that are positive, and when they are sincerely merited,
I take the time to inform the supervisor of the employee what an exceptional asset they have when
possible.
It is in a spirit of sincerely profound gratitude that I have to thank Ms. Brandy Gonzalez
for assisting me in acquiring health insurance for my spouse. We recently moved cross-country,
and my spouse required new health insurance. The underwriters of Aetna had repeatedly denied us
insurance because the information we gave about ourselves was improperly noted. This caused endless
confusion with Aetna, requiring hours of writing frustrating emails, and procuring all sorts of
faxes from every type of doctor for all kinds of records to appeal our case.
I must confess that after nearly 3 months of this stonewalling from the Aetna Underwriting
Department, I lost my temper more than once. On one regrettable occasion, I vented my frustration
to Ms. Brandy Gonzalez in an email, for which she was not culpable in any way. Where most agents
might have dropped our case (many did), over this constant barrage of forms, delays, and
insulting clients, Ms. Brandy Gonzalez maintained complete professional decorum with grace,
and took the time to explain what was going wrong and why.
Ms. Brandy Gonzalez was on top of our case whenever I emailed or called and had whatever
information was required, and whenever I sent in anything, it was handled immediately.
I cannot thank Ms. Brandy Gonzalez enough, because after all the months of jumping through
hoops set on fire, she was finally able to have our case (properly) appealed. My spouse now
has his health insurance and seeing how he has several pre-conditions that needed coverage
as soon as possible, this news came as nothing short of a tremendous relief of anxiety.
To whom it may concern, as Ms. Brandy Gonzalez’s supervisor, I cannot offer any higher
praise to your exceptional employee.

Dear Glenn,
I want to thank you for the great service. I still find it hard to believe that you were willing to spend unlimited time with in determining my needs under Medicare Parts A, B and D and finding the best plans for coverage, at the least cost. As it turns out my total cost is less than my last years all inclusive policy. In addition you guided me through the application processes. I am a real technology dummy and I could not have done so on my own.
